The Thurston County Food Bank's Mission is to Eliminate Hunger Within Our Community, in the Spirit of Neighbor Helping Neighbor. With humble beginnings in the basement of a local church in 1972, volunteers began the work of eliminating hunger in our community by offering limited food choices. Provides food to residents of Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Littlerock, Tenino and Rainier.  The main locations (Olympia and Lacey), may also include other food items like baby food/formula, liquid nutritionals like Ensure, and more.
